This wall was a shared wall between two businesses in a commercial strip center. The kitchen in one of the business had a slow leak that allowed high concentrations of moisture to be trapped in a shared wall, allowing microbial growth to occur. SERVPRO of West Pensacola was able to place containment around the affected area setup HEPA air scrubbers and remediate the affected area. Our technicians were able to contain and remove the affected drywall and insulation, then HEPA vacuum the area and treat with an anti-microbial product before sealing the wall with an encapsulate coating. After cleaning and treatment the wall was insulated and new drywall and paint were installed. The "after" picture was taken during the cleaning process before the new drywall was installed.
