Water Damage in Lillian Alabama

This home had a water leak that affected the living room and hardwood flooring. The customer called SERVPRO of West Pensacola to extract water and dry the structure. Upon arriving at the seen it became obvious that the floors were not true hardwood and they had begun to buckle. Our crew chief spoke with the home owner and the adjuster and it was decided that the best course of action was to remove the damaged floors and dry the structure so that new flooring could be installed. The floors and structure were dried within three days and the new floors were installed the next week. Customer was very happy!
