A chiller line broke on the roof of the VA clinic in Pensacola off hwy. 98, flooding most of the structure on multiple floors, requiring extensive water extraction and drying by SERVPRO of West Pensacola. In 2015 the bachelor barracks at the Pensacola Naval Air Station flooded due to a mechanical failure of a valve. This particular barracks was constructed in the style of a hotel with individual suites and common areas.
